BUILDING FORESIGHT IN THE FINNISH TAX ADMINISTRATION
When the Finnish Tax Administration embarked on establishing a framework for monitoring signals of change in its operating environment, the large size of the organisation and its diverse groups of stakeholders presented challenges to communication. With Futures Platform, the organisation successfully created a shared visual language around future changes and engaged stakeholders to participate in foresight efforts.
